Oudi Antebi
Co Founder & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer for OffiSync, Oudi is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the organization. Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Oudi held the position of EVP of Marketing and Strategy at Panorama Software where he drove Panorama’s product and business strategy. Oudi has been the driving force behind Panorama's success in the Software as a Service business and Google alliance. Prior to joining Panorama, Oudi was an 8 year Microsoft veteran where he held various strategic positions in the Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint divisions direclty responsible for launching the first version of SharePoint and building Microsoft's collaboration strategy.
Roy Antebi
Co Founder & CTO
As Chief Technology Officer for OffiSync, Roy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of OffiSync’s technology planning, software architecture and development. In addition, Roy ensures that OffiSync continues to deliver excellence in a climate of ever changing technologies and marketplace requirements.
Prior to co-founding OffiSync in 2009, Roy spent 10 years at Microsoft in various positions. Most recently, he lead a development team in the Microsoft SQL Server division, driving the entire planning, strategy and development ensuring high quality of a new and innovative product that will ship as part of the next version of the SQL Server product.
Ehud Levy
Investor & Board member
Ehud Levy is a Managing Partner at Vertex Venture Capital (www.vertexvc.com) with approximately two decades of experience in the high-tech industry. He has vast knowledge and expertise in the areas of investment and finance, management and operations, and entrepreneurship. Prior to Vertex, Ehud co-founded and was Chairman & CEO of Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies, where he led the business from concept to commercial success, IPO in London, and eventual takeover. Previously, he served as COO and CFO of Telegate, a telecommunications company, where he played a major role in turning the company into a success story; as a result, the company was acquired for over $400 million by Terayon (TERN). Ehud also served as a private equity investor and an investment banker in New York and Tel Aviv, and has served on the BOD of several high-tech companies. Mr. Levy holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (with honors) from the Technion, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
Eyal Levy

Eyal Levy is the managing partner at GTD Capital LLC, a Seattle based technology investment firm. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of GetBizLeads Inc. and DayJet Technologies and a member of the Board of Zuegma Systems and OffiSync Inc. Most recently he was the COO of Pi Corporation which was sold to EMC. Eyal was the founding managing partner of the AIG Orion Fund, a technology venture capital fund focused on Israeli companies. Eyal was the President and CEO of Pelephone Communications Ltd. , Israel’s first and leading Israeli Cellular Carrier. He served as Vice President of Communication Products at Motorola Inc. (MOT). Eyal was the co-founder of Medicom Computers in Israel which merged with Ready Systems (acquired by Mentor Graphics - MENT ) where he served as Vice President and General Manager. He was the Chairman of the Board of Mobilitec Inc. (acquired by Lucent – LU), Sigvalue Inc. (acquired by Amdocs – DOX), Maximal Inc. (acquired by Microsoft – MSFT), Packet Technologies (acquired by Telecom Italia), MobileAccess Networks and a member of the Board of Ohloh Corporation (acquired by SourceForge - ), V2Green (acquired by Gridpoint Inc), Cognifit Ltd. , Xtellus Inc.(Acquired by Oclaro Inc - OCLR), OnePath Networks and RedLoop Media.
Yuval Neeman

Yuval Neeman is a partner at Trilogy Equity Partners since 2008. Prior to Trilogy, Yuval spent 16 years at Microsoft, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Storage and Platform Solutions. Previously, he was responsible for the Developer Division, which included Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET and Microsoft NET Framework technologies, where he led the transformation of Microsoft development tools and platforms to support the Internet and XML-based Web services. Yuval was on the board of M-Systems until it was acquired by SanDisk in 2006. He was also a consultant to Secured Dimensions and Zoomix, Israeli software companies acquired by Microsoft. Yuval is a board member of Trilogy portfolio company Install Free and an observer for Lookout, Hola!, and Droplet Technologies. He is also a member of the advisory board of Crescendo Networks. Outside of Trilogy, Yuval is on the advisory boards of several other startups. Yuval was a co-founder of Dlatot, a Seattle based non-profit organization focused on connecting with and helping the residents of Northern Israel. Yuval also served on the Board of Israel Policy Forum. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in computer science from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
